This role includes matchday food and beverage operation, stock control, dealing with customer needs, maintaining high standard of cleaning and food or beverage preparation, providing supervisory support on match days and assisting in maintaining high standard rating for food and hygiene safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring all movements of stock is recorded and any issues reported to Catering Logistics Manager
- Ensuring rotation of stock to prevent unnecessary wastage
- Selling a range of products through the Kiosks & Public Bars
- Adhere to Licensing restrictions and enforce a proactive approach to Challenge 25
- Ensuring all kiosks and bars are closed down to a very high standard. This includes a high standard of cleanliness, ensuring all stock is secure, all equipment has been cleaned and the kiosk or bar is set up for the next match
- Ensuring that general housekeeping standards are maintained
- Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures
- Ensuring all cash differences and till voids are reported following the correct procedure
- Supervising a team within your unit
- Train, motivate and monitor staff performance within your area
- Record all wastage.

Specific Experience:
- Substantial experience in a similar or related role, demonstrating development and continuous improvement
- Committed and driven by deadlines and results
- Ability to turn ideas into deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a draught Bar and competent behind a bar
